Refund and Cancellation Policy

At PR MINDS, we value your commitment to our consulting and training services. We understand that circumstances may require changes to your bookings, and this policy outlines our approach to cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

For Training Programs (Workshops, Seminars, and Webinars)

• Client-Initiated Cancellations:

• • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled session: Eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the session: Eligible for a 50% refund or rescheduling.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session: No refund, but rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

• No-Show Policy:

• • If you fail to attend without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

• Provider-Initiated Cancellations:

• • If we cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

For Consulting Services

• Cancellation before the project starts:

• • Full refund if cancelled 7 days or more before the start date.
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-6 days before the start date.
  • No refund for cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled start.

• Cancellation after services have started:

• • No refunds for work already completed.
  • Partial refunds may be considered for unutilized services on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
• Any applicable processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
• Refunds will not be provided for digital materials, online courses, or customized consulting services once delivered.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may request to reschedule a session at least 48 hours in advance.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
